EventScan© automatically has a standardized liability waiver integrated into our rapid testing and thermal scanning stations. Clients can add their own waivers for easy processing and legal protection.
DIGITAL REPORTING
Those tested or scanned receive immediate results in order to be permitted and approved to enter into the event. Event hosts and live venue clients have access to post-event reports.
COLOR CODED CONTACT TRACING
Color-coded wristbands are issued individually once the testing or scanning session is completed. Event hosts or live venues can opt out of this service.
ON-SITE SECURITY TEAM
INTerFACE & COLLABORATION
We work directly with your on-site security personnel during testing or scanning, as well as during protocol development. Security teams have a real time feed to scanners.

EventScan© testing staff arrives on-site to administer rapid tests for your guests or staff and processes results for each guest in less than 10 minutes. Our staff can test your guests at their hotel accommodations, your event venue, an outdoor tent structure or as a drive-up testing service.
CustomIZED TESTING REGISTRATION Website
EventScan© provides you with a customized testing registration website for your guests and vendors to register for their on-site rapid testing. You can choose to add your event branding for the most customized experience.
EVENT HOST NOTIFIED FOR CLEARANCE
EventScan© communicates directly with the event host to provide clearance on all event attendees and ensure that no one goes untested prior to enter the venue.
