Your account manager is responsible for providing you with day-to-day support when you are establishing the EventScan© system in your standardized approach to client events.
Your ILD account manager will schedule a 30-minute initial training session where you will be able to review pricing and marketing tools in detail. They will assist you with outlining the optimal packaging for each client and scheduling services.
