STEP 1: SIGN NDA

Due to the sensitive nature of EventScan© in relation to COVID-19 prevention and protocol, ILD requires that all Affiliates sign an NDA agreement before accessing technical data, testing protocol, budgeting configurations, pricing and free marketing tools.

STEP 2: RECEIVE PRICING & TOOLS

Once you have completed your NDA, an ILD EventScan© account manager will contact you within 1 business day.  As an Affiliate, you have access to:

  • Technical Data
  • Rapid COVID-19 Testing Information
  • Implementation Protocol
  • Price & Budget Configurations
  • On-Site Processing Chart
  • Customizable Marketing Presentation

Your account manager is responsible for providing you with day-to-day support when you are establishing the EventScan© system in your standardized approach to client events.

STEP 3: IMPLEMENT COVID-19 PREVENTION

Your ILD account manager will schedule a 30-minute initial training session where you will be able to review pricing and marketing tools in detail.  They will assist you with outlining the optimal packaging for each client and scheduling services.
